Psychotherapy can help

Psychotherapy can help you deal with your emotional distress. Perhaps you feel anxious, depressed, unable to cope or stressed all the time or do not know what to do with a relationship, your work or your life. I would suggest you to come and talk with me. As a psychotherapist I have a lot to offer.

For your psychotherapy to be productive, you need to get a sense of whether you feel comfortable talking with me. The best way to find this out is to meet me face-to-face.

I have been working with individuals and couples as a psychotherapist for a number of years. My experience includes work in my private practice, at a group practice in the City and with charity organisations.

Over the years I have helped clients whose difficulties have included abuse, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship issues (including affairs and betrayals), low self-esteem and self-confidence and stress. I work both on a time-limited and an ongoing basis.

My clients are diverse, coming from a range of ages, cultures, ethnicities, nationalities and sexual orientations.
